INTERNSHIPS
Are you detailed orientated, organized and love film? The Dallas Film Society offers ongoing (unpaid) internships each semester to college students seeking credit, knowledge and experience. All positions include researching, assisting staff, attending DFS events and, in the spring, working at the Dallas International Film Festival. Applicants must be at college level or higher.

Membership Intern
Dates: Summer
We’re looking for a student to help us with our memberships.
- Needs to be highly detail orientated and organized
- Good Excel and Word skills with access to Microsoft Office
- Skilled using Adobe Illustrator to create membership calendar and cards
- Create invitations to members-only screenings.
- Manage RSVPs for members-only screenings.
- Manage and organize new memberships (create welcome letters and database)
- Needs to be available to work event screenings.
- Must have great communication and verbal skills
- We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, outgoing, customer service orientated and personable.

Education & Outreach Intern
Dates: Summer
We’re looking for an intern who can help us organize our educational and community outreach programs.
- Needs to be highly detail orientated and organized
- Updating all Educational databases for the upcoming school year
- Assist and help coordinate with DFS Summer Camp
- Needs to be available to work event screenings and summer camp.
- Must have great communication and verbal skills
- We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, outgoing, customer service orientated and personable.
- Good Excel and Word skills with access to Microsoft Office
- Skilled using Adobe Illustrator and knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop

Graphic Design Intern
Dates: Fall Semester
- We’re looking for a student to assist our graphic designer. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
