Film Festival Panel Discussions

DIFF Panel Discussions

TALK/SHOW

During every Festival, we present a free series of panel discussions that interest filmgoers and filmmakers alike. Held in unique environments around the Festival, the panels are conducted by notable filmmakers and journalists.

Our panels are free so that everybody has a chance to learn from the experiences of our filmmakers. And most panels have a Q&A session, allowing audience members to ask about their own issues.

Discussions range from broad philosophical topics, such as political documentaries, to very specific industry issues, such as how to fund your first short film. Each session is an education all its own, and they are some of the most popular events of the Festival.
